It’s a challenging market out there with lots of vacancies and we were concerned that it may take weeks or even months to find tenants for ours. This was not the case! We were delighted to have 10 couples through our first open home, 5 applications and a tenant paying rent within 2 weeks.

Steve was an excellent agent who was very professionals and always went the extra mile to follow up and create new leads through many different avenues of advertising. Even though we were based interstate, Steve always communicated regularly and kept us updated with the latest home opens, leads and feedback from potential buyers.
