I have rented through Professionals Northern Coast Real Estate in Butler for over 2 years and my property manager Michelle and her assistant are always an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are both so friendly, always respond to emails very quickly and are so fast at sorting out any repairs that need doing. I have rented for more than 20 years and have dealt with quite a few different real estates but they are by far the best. I would recommend them to anyone and I wouldn’t want to rent through anyone else ever again. They have set the bar to high!

Michelle, Alice and the crew of the Professionals Northern Coast were an amazing team. We rented an apartment in Maylands with these people and we found to be highly professional, friendly and willing to help out any issues we had when renting. Always communicative with us, even more so than the Strata company. It is shame we have now moved on to our own home. However, we would like to say, if you ever have any business with these people, you are truly fortunate and very lucky to have these people work with you. The best rental agents I have ever dealt with in the history of renting.

Our whole rental process has been made very easy by your friendly staff. We had tight deadlines that we had to work to with the employment offer coming from Queensland and the start date being so short but professional helped up every step of the way and this included face to face well we were in WA and also via email once we had moved.
The rent was not the exact price we had expected for our property but how quick we found a tenant make up for that. I would like to thank everyone for the professional approach they took with us in renting our family house out for the first time and when we decided to sell it I hope we can continue on with the same success.

To date, we have received fast, efficient service. Vicky has been wonderful and oh so ever efficient. The viewing process was great. I was impressed that the lady had remembered my husband, who viewed the property while I was at work. The application process was super fast- definitely the fastest I’ve ever experienced to date. And leaving a cooking book gift for us was very touching. I love spending time in the kitchen, so I’m not sure how you all knew, but it was a winner for me ☺

I have to be honest, I can’t fault you guys one bit. You have been nothing but kind and professional. Viewing the property was perfect timing! I had put in an expression of interest online and within a few hours we received an email to go for a viewing of the property. The application went really quick! It made it so much easier to process online. Meeting the property manager, I think Vicki was unwell that day but the other lady (I can’t remember her name) was so lovely and helpful!
