Daniel has a great feel for the market and knows the trends very well. His advice was invaluable on what needed to be done for the best outcome. Very patient and one thing is for sure he is the best at communications. You won’t be left in the dark. He even organised some repairs for me on the property.
Like others I have had before, Daniel did not talk the property down for a quick ‘flip’. He is far more interested in getting the best price and works very hard to achieve that.
