It’s truly difficult to find an honest and decent property manager these days, buy Vicki Hay is truly one that fits both these criteria. She has made the process of moving into a new rental so much easier with an induction to answer any questions I may have, unlike other places who basically just give you the keys and you have to work things out as you go. Vicki always responds to emails whereas other places I had to keep following up on issues.
