Everything is managed thoroughly and effectively, for both myself and the tenants, giving me full peace of mind. It’s been such a relief to be able to “set and forget,” knowing I can fully trust them to take care of everything.
I have been using Professionals Northern Coast to look after my property in Butler, for just over a year, and my Property Manager Vicki Hay in particular has been amazing! I’ve been working with Professionals Northern Coast for 8 months. They are so incredibly helpful, in particular Nia Fitzpatrick and Rebecca Pierce. They helped a lot in the stage of handover of the property from builder because I am from other side of the country. They helped to take over the property from builder; and helped to organize the landscaping and fencing. I am lucky to have Nia and Rebecca acting as my agent in the early stage.
