When heavy rains caused our kitchen ceiling to collapse, Rebecca stepped in immediately and managed the entire process from start to finish. She liaised professionally with the property owners and the insurance company, keeping everything on track—even though repairs took several months. Throughout it all, she kept us updated, reassured us that things were progressing as planned, and always expressed genuine appreciation for our patience.
