As a prospective landlord I walked into this Agency looking a bit scruffy as I was doing some work at my property. However, the way the receptionist treated me was so welcoming that we signed up. I also appreciate the fact that they are local. Our property manager Vicki Hay needs to be mentioned for her hard work in helping us getting the property ready for renting as well as finding new tenants. We have been with them for a while and can certainly recommend them.

My property manager Vicki is amazing, always very good with communication and very helpful. She has everything under control and takes a lot of the stress out of being a landlord, I wish all agents were like this. I am so delighted that we are now able to trust our managing agent will help us to ensure the property is being looked after. Vicki is a great example of how all property managers should be. Michelle Stewart and all the team at PNCRE have been fantastic property managers. I have been with them for about 7 years now and never had any issues. Communication is key in these relationships and these guys are very good at it. Any changes to the property status, issues raised by (or caused by!) tennants are swiftly relayed and the issues are sorted. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I have rented through Professionals Northern Coast Real Estate in Butler for over 2 years and my property manager Michelle and her assistant are always an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are both so friendly, always respond to emails very quickly and are so fast at sorting out any repairs that need doing. I have rented for more than 20 years and have dealt with quite a few different real estates but they are by far the best. I would recommend them to anyone and I wouldn’t want to rent through anyone else ever again. They have set the bar to high!

Michelle, Alice and the crew of the Professionals Northern Coast were an amazing team. We rented an apartment in Maylands with these people and we found to be highly professional, friendly and willing to help out any issues we had when renting. Always communicative with us, even more so than the Strata company. It is shame we have now moved on to our own home. However, we would like to say, if you ever have any business with these people, you are truly fortunate and very lucky to have these people work with you. The best rental agents I have ever dealt with in the history of renting.
