We have been with Professionals Northern Coast Real Estate for 3 years now after being recommended by a friend and are just in the process of resigning because we are so happy with them. We have been lucky enough to have the same property manager, Michelle Stewart, since the start who is just amazing – she returns emails and phone calls so promptly and always gets done what she promises to. We had to re lease to new tenants recently and Michelle and the team got straight to it and found us the right tenants quickly with only a few days change over. Have had zero issues with this company and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional and friendly real estate team.

Michelle Stewart and all the team at PNCRE have been fantastic property managers. I have been with them for about 7 years now and never had any issues. Communication is key in these relationships and these guys are very good at it. Any changes to the property status, issues raised by (or caused by!) tennants are swiftly relayed and the issues are sorted. I could not recommend them highly enough.
