You hear horror stories about property managers being super picky with rent inspections and not dealing with maintenance requests – but I’ve never had any issues with PNC. Michelle has always responded to our requests within 48 hours, and our rent inspections have gone really smoothly. We’re lucky to have stumbled on such a great property managed by such a great manager!
